To pass the second part of the Staff Cadet classification, a wing staff officer will test a cadet's knowledge of ACP 42 and the structure of the Wing in a formal interview and they shall also view a lesson that the prospective staff cadet has prepared. It is therefore essential that a cadet knows all of ACP 42 in order to pass part two of the Staff Cadet classification.
